Subtle body work is a Body-Mind-Energy modality; you will be guided in healing and releasing stagnant emotions in an integrative way. This is a supportive community and safe space where you will be guided through exercises that will help you connect with your spirit and understand what your body is communicating to you.

The event space is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible.
We will be in a relaxed setting with floor seating. Please bring a mat or pillow to sit on and an open heart for meaningful connection.
Brandy coaches women and non-binary people who suffer from anxiety and emotional dysregulation, using a blend of subtle body work, parts theory, and Emotional Freedom Tapping.
Brandy Benton, MSOD has a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a coaching certification in Subtle Body Coaching. She has trained hundreds of people in improving their communication skills, leadership, conflict management, expanding their emotional intelligence and enhancing their professional development.
