In recent years, the mainstream is only just catching up with the long held esoteric understanding that everything we see on the physical plane is just energy and vibration. Sound healing is an ancient, restorative practice that uses various frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. In this special community sound bath, we use crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to invite you to enter a relaxed state. Singing bowls are tuned to affect our energetic, emotional and physical bodies in targeted ways to help us release dis-ease, stress and harmonize our energy.
The moon is closest to our planet during a supermoon and a new moon invites us to visualize what seeds we wish to plant for the coming cycle. A sound bath meditation during this time is a great way to not only balance your energy but also ease your connection with Self for a clear understanding of your heart’s intentions.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, a pillow or mat to sit on, and something to write in for reflection following the sound ceremony.
Attendance is donation based. The suggested donation is just $11 - $22 per attendee, but please give whatever you can and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
