In these days when so many emotions tug at us, I was reminded of another time when I was feeling pressed down with intense stress, and of something that helped. It was 14 years go, so a lot of water has gone under the bridge. It feels okay to share it now, so I offer this reflection to you with hopes that this day you may be touched by unexpected blessings.
