Black Madonna Notecards
Peggy Short, of Wabi-Ware in Fort Collins, CO is a maker of collage cards of many themes. Sagrada has carried her Virgen de Guadalupe notecards for many years. Several years ago, Peggy & Mary (of Sagrada) began a collaboration around the Black Madonna, researching images from various countries. Peggy creates the magical collages and Mary contributed a prayer for the back of the cards. So far, we have cards of 12 Madonnas and there are more to come. And for the first time, Peggy has made packs of Christmas cards featuring several of these Black Madonnas. Supply is limited on these, as they are all handmade so come by soon to see them.
Individual collage cards $9.95.
Black Madonna Folding Altar
Another lovely creation by Peggy Short, takes the prayer to the Black Madonna and places sections of it on an altar card that features several different Black Madonnas. It is so beautiful! And very unique, with special papers and embellishments. $39.95
